Project Description

The Azadegan field is located in the Azadegan Plain area, 100 km from west of Ahwaz. The field was discovered by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) in 1997 in an area of ​​20 km in 75 km. The Azadegan field is located near the Iraqi Majnoon field in the north. The in situ volume of storage in the oil field is estimated at 33 billion barrels.
